⭐ Design Guidelines:
For youth sweatshirt/hoodie, the front design maximum width is 9 inches. For youth sweatshirt/hoodie, the front design maximum width is 11.4 inches. Sleeve embroidery can be done on the upper arm as shown in the picture, with a maximum width of 3 inches, name and number in two lines; or vertically either on the upper arm or lower arm, name and number in one line.

📦 Processing & Shipping:
Processing Time: 3-7 business days (each order is custom-made with precision) - every sweatshirt is made to order. We are a small business that doesn't hold a lot of inventory. If you need a different color/brand, please let me know and I might be able to order the blanks for you.

🛁 Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and longevity of your embroidered sweatshirt:
✔ Turn the garment inside out before washing.
✔ Machine wash cold.
✔ Tumble dry on low heat.
✔ Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to prevent damage.
✔ Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

Each embroidered garment has an embroidery backing stabilizer, which supports the fabric and stitches. The stabilizer gets softer after washes.
Color variations may occur due to different screen settings.

Since every garment is made to order, therefore:
🚫 We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for incorrect measurements or color choices. Please measure an existing shirt for reference before placing an order.
🚫 No cancellations for event-based orders (parties, organizations, birthdays, etc.).
❤️ If there is any quality issue, or we made a mistake, please reach out directly to us and we will make it right. Either a refund or a replacement is guaranteed if the mistake is on us.
